Olaf Wilck founded Wertkonzepte Immobilien & Hausverwaltung in 2017 in Bad Schwartau near Lübeck with a simple yet bold idea: property management and leasing services in Northern Germany deserved a modern, digital, and transparent approach.
In the following years, as the team grew throughout Schleswig-Holstein – from Bad Schwartau to Husum on the North Sea coast – one gap became increasingly apparent: rental services had no home of their own.
